Digital Transformation specialists

As our Digital Transformation specialist you have

• Experience with tracking and managing tasks for a project at a fast pace
• Experience with gathering research and data, conducting analysis, data visualization, and surfacing insights and recommendations in the form of presentations and reports
• Experience with conducting quantitative or qualitative research, ethnographic fieldwork, generative research, and making sense of qualitative and quantitative data
• Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience with supporting client-facing projects
• Experience with setting expectations against real-world limitations
• Experience with using facilitation techniques in different environments
• Experience with service design, design thinking, design research, business design, or customer experience strategy
• Experience with creating implementation plans for service and digital solutions
• Experience with narrative storytelling and communication of data from generative research, insights, and findings
• Experience applying human-centered design methods and techniques, including prototyping
• Experience with visual design and graphic design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience with working on an end-to-end project
• Ability to submit a portfolio
